JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing domicile and permanent residence certificate (PRO) of Sindh province for the following regular posts:
PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
NAME OF POST
1. Computer Operator/ Data processing Assistant (BS-12)
Graduate at least in 2nd division from recognized university.
OR
Diploma in computer science from any institute recognized by the boards of technical education in Pakistan.
2. Sub-Engineer(Civil) (BS-11) Three years diploma of associate engineering in civil technology from a recognized institute/ university.
Person having additional qualifications or experience will be given preference.
Holding degree in required discipline of Engineering from a recognized university.
3. Draftsman (BS-10) Certificate or Diploma in Draftsman ship in civil technology (18 months course) from Govt school of engineering or poly technic institutions in Pakistan or any other recognized university or institute.
4. Junior Clerk (BS-11) Higher secondary certificate or equivalent qualification from recognized board or university.
Typing speed at least 30 w.p.m
5. Accounts Clerk (BS-09) B.Com from recognized institute / university in Pakistan
6. Work Mistry (BS-05) Secondary School certificate from recognized institute / board in Pakistan.
Knowledge of relevant field.
7. Tracer (BS-5) Secondary School certificate or equivalent qualification from recognized university or board.
Elementary grade drawing examination of relevant education authority passed.
8 Pump Operator (BS-04) Middle school examination pass with 03 years experience in the relevant trade.
9. Driver (BS-4) Literate
Possessing a valid LTV or HTV driving license.
Must be able to maintain the log book.
Five years experience as Driver.
10. Plumber (BS-4) Middle school examination pass with 03 years experience in the relevant field.
11. Beldar (BS-01) Literate with 01 year experience in the relevant field.
12. Naib Qasid (BS-01) Middle school examination pass.
13. Chowkidar (BS-01) Middle school examination pass with six months experience.
14. Sanitary Worker (BS-01) Literate.
Experience of atleast six months sanitation work.
RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
NAME OF POST WITH BPS
1. Junior Scale Stenographer (BS-14) Intermediate or equivalent qualification from recognized board.
Certificate in Shorthand and Typing issued by an institute recognized by the boards of technical education in Pakistan and;
A speed of 80 words p.m in Shorthand in English, Urdu or Sindhi as the case may be and 35 w.p.m in Typing in English, Urdu or Sindhi as the case may be,
Preferably having knowledge of computer and experience in use of computer with certificate in MS office.
2. Date processing Assistant / computer Operator (BS-12) Graduate at latest in 2nd division from recognized university.
Diploma in computer Sciences from any institute recognized by any board of technical education in Pakistan.
3. Village Development Supervisor (BS-11) Graduate in 2nd Division with Economics subject from recognized university.
4. Junior Clerk (BS-11) Intermediate or equivalent qualification from recognized board or university.
Typing speed at least 30 w.p.m
5 Accounts Clerk (BS-07) B.Com from recognized institute / university in Pakistan
6. Tracer (65-05) Secondary School certificate with science subjects from a recognized board and possessing Drawing or Civil Draftsman or Tracer certificate, from a recognized institute.
7. Darogha/Work Mistry (BS-05) Secondary School certificate from recognized institute / board in Pakistan.
Knowledge of relevant field.
8. Driver (BS-4) Literate
Possessing a valid LTV or HTV driving license.

1. For Public Health Engineering Department
Candidates possessing required educational qualifications and fulfilling other conditions and living in Hyderabad PHED region may submit their applications to Chief Engineer,
PHE Hyderabad behind Zubida College, Ghulam Shah Kalhoro Colony, Hyderabad and those belonging to Sukkur region may submit their applications to Chief Engineer, PHE Sukkur, opposite State Life building, Minara Road. Sukkur.
2. For Rural Development Department Candidates possessing educational qualifications and fulfilling other conditions may submit their applications to the Director General, Rural Development Department, Hyderabad, old SRTC Depot Old Wandat Colony near Agriculture Complex, Hyderabad.
1) Interested candidates must give all particulars like; name. father's name, CNIC No. address, educational qualification, experience, contact cell #, e-mail address, name of post applied for, district of domicile and rural or urban claim, in their applications and enclose attested photo copies of all testimonials.
Original documents will be verified at the time of interview. If the applicant has applied against disabled/women minorities quota, the same may also be indicated.
2) Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
3) The Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or not to fill any or all vacancies.
4) Candidates already in govt. service should apply through proper channel.
5) The upper age limit relaxation for 15 years will be given as per Sindh Govt. policy.
6) No T.A/D.A will be admissible for interview/tests.
7) The closing date for receipt of applications will be the 20th day after first publication of this advertisement in any newspaper.
8) Rural/urban, minorities, disabled and women quotas will be strictly observed as per policy.
9) Test/interview schedules will be announced later.
