Heavy Electrical Complex (Private) Limited, Hattar Industrial Estate, Haripur, a subsidiary of State Engineering Corporation (Pvt) Limited, (SEC) Ministry of Industries & Production intends to appoint a Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer and a Chief Financial Officer for its factory located at Hattar Industrial Estate-Haripur.
Applications are sought from dynamic individuals with credentials and vision to head this organization.
The positions carry immense responsibility and calls for a thorough commitment to the extremely vital national goal of industrialization in the country.
CEO will be directly reporting to the Chairman State Engineering Corporation (SEC). Heavy Electrical Complex offers a congenial professional environment and excellent remuneration package, negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualification of the candidates.

1. MD/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
QUALIFICATION Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical preferably with MBA.
AGE LIMIT The candidate should not be more than 58 years of age as on 30th Nov 2016.
PAY SCALE: Equivalent to MP-II
EXPERIENCE The candidate must have minimum experience of at least 20 years out of which 05 years' experience at a level of senior management position in a reputable large company/organization, having expertise in any of the following fields:
Power Distribution and Management Companies (DISCOs), WAPDA,
Industrialization,
Industrial Policy Management,
Power Transformer Industry etc.
Private/ Public Sector organization.
The position will be purely on merit and on contract basis for a maximum period of three years as defined under companies ordinance 1984 subject to approval of the Competent Authority.

2. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
QUALIFICATION
A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience at senior level in the independent capacity.
AGE LIMIT The candidate should not be more than 50 years of age as on 30th Nov 2016.
PAY SCALE: SED-III
EXPERIENCE • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) shall be responsible for ensuring giving appropriate advice to the Board on all financial matters, for keeping proper financial records and accounts, and for maintaining an effective system of internal financial control.
• The ideal candidate should be a member of recognized body of financial accountants i e. PIPFA qualified & Member of ICAP/ICMA Pakistan, with at least eight (08) years relevant experience, in case of Public Sector Companies having total assets of five billion rupees or more, or with at least 10 years relevant experience, in case of other Public Sector Companies, working at Senior Level management including 5 years in independent capacity.
• Candidate should be well-versed with policies, monitoring and controls regarding Financial/Accounting Systems and procedures of Govt. institutions i.e. FBR, SECP etc.
• Preference will be given to candidates having worked with Project to Improve Financial Reporting and Auditing (PIFRA) and Large Manufacturing institutions as well as possessing excellent interpersonal and IT skills.
