Applications are invited from the suitable candidates for the position of "Operational Consultant" on purely contract basis on lump sum pay for the period of 6 months:-

Qualification
Ph.D OR M.Phil OR Master's Degree in Social Sciences/ Management Sciences.
Experience
30 Years' experience in executive/ management/research including policy analysis/research work with particular reference to educational reforms/conduct of examinations, evaluation of relevant best international practices and Legal matters.

Note: In case of Ph.D the experience should be 26 years and in case of M.Phil the experience should be 28 years.
Age
55 to 65 years+ 05 years general age relaxation in upper age limit for Male candidates = 70 years on 19-12-2016 and 55 to 65 years + 08 years general age relaxation in upper age limit for Female candidates = 73 years on 19-12-2016 as per Govt. of Punjab, S&GAD Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012.

TERMS OF REFERENCE: 1. Analysis/ Review of PPSC existing Examination System/Interview Mechanism and Method of Recommendations for their improvement.
2. Make Recommendations to the Commission on matters pertaining to the selection of the best of the best for public sector jobs.
3. Prepare a plan for capacity building of the existing personnel of the Commission.
4. Devise a feedback mechanism for the Commission after completion of recruitment processes.
5. Review existing syllabi of various examinations and tests of the Commission.
6. Review the Service Rules of various Departments of the Punjab Government.
7. Improve the existing legal mechanism of the Commission and device a feedback mechanism on legal matters.
8. Any other issues of the Commission or task(s) assigned by the Chairman.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The selection will be made purely on contract basis subject to a maximum of 6 months.
